Le concentré de fruit du moine est un liquide super sucré, 100 % naturel, particulièrement adapté pour sucrer les boissons.
Il est issu du fruit du moine, un petit melon subtropical riche en mogrosides (antioxydants). Ces antioxydants sont à l'origine de son intense saveur sucrée. Il est exempt de fructose et de saccharose et ne contient ni calories, ni glucides, ni indice glycémique !
Le fruit du moine est cultivé dans des vergers nichés au cœur des montagnes immaculées du sud de la Chine, où il est cultivé depuis des siècles. Selon la légende, il doit son nom aux moines bouddhistes qui l'ont cultivé pour la première fois il y a près de 800 ans.
Ensoleillés, les fruits mûris sur pied, sans OGM, sont cueillis à la main à pleine maturité chaque automne. Ils sont ensuite broyés, infusés dans de l'eau chaude, puis filtrés. Ce jus est ensuite concentré pour donner naissance au concentré de fruit des moines, un ingrédient idéal pour ajouter une touche sucrée à vos plats et boissons, comme le thé, le café, la limonade maison et le yaourt nature. En pâtisserie, il est particulièrement efficace lorsqu'il est associé à un alcool de sucre naturel comme l'érythritol.

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received if there is any issues. For our change of mind return, we can only offer in-store credits.
