Ingrédients biologiques purs : Notre mélange Breathe est composé de :
- Atlas du cèdre (Cedrus atlantica) : Connu pour ses propriétés apaisantes et apaisantes, le cèdre atlas aide à créer un environnement serein.
- Menthe poivrée (Mentha piperita) : Grâce à son effet rafraîchissant et rafraîchissant, la menthe poivrée aide à dégager les voies respiratoires.
- Citron (Citrus limonum) : Le zeste citronné améliore l'humeur et purifie l'air.
- Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus polybractea) : Réputé pour ses bienfaits respiratoires, l'eucalyptus améliore le confort respiratoire.
Vaporisateur : Ajoutez 8 à 10 gouttes d’huile essentielle dans le plat en céramique de votre vaporisateur.
Diffuseur : Ajoutez 8 à 10 gouttes d’huile essentielle dans la chambre à eau pleine de votre diffuseur.
Massage : les huiles essentielles doivent toujours être mélangées à une huile végétale lorsqu'elles sont appliquées directement sur la peau. Ajoutez 5 gouttes d'huile essentielle à 10 ml d'huile végétale et massez. Effectuez toujours un test cutané préalable.
Bain : mélangez 12 à 20 gouttes d'huile essentielle avec une huile de support avant de mettre les huiles dans un bain bien rempli, cela protège votre peau et aide les huiles à se disperser en toute sécurité dans le bain.
Inhalation de vapeur : ajoutez 2 à 3 gouttes d’huile essentielle dans un bol d’eau bouillante et couvrez-vous la tête d’une serviette. Fermez les yeux et inspirez profondément pendant 5 minutes. Répétez l’opération si nécessaire.
Oreiller : ajoutez 1 à 2 gouttes d’huile essentielle sur votre oreiller pour favoriser une nuit de sommeil réparatrice.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received if there is any issues. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For our change of mind return, we can only offer in-store credits.
