On Saturday, 29 August 2026, 2-4 PM, Outside The Box is turning into a joyful little art studio for our Paint It Your Way Painting Class—a relaxed two-hour creative session with no boring rules, no pressure to be perfect and absolutely no experience required.

Unlike traditional art classes where everyone paints the same bowl of fruit, you get to choose what ends up on your canvas.
Bring along a clear photo of anything that sparks your creativity, such as:
- Your ridiculously photogenic pet
- A favourite travel memory
- Someone special
- A beautiful landscape
- Flowers, food or something wonderfully random
- That one photo sitting in your camera roll begging to become art
You can bring a printed copy or simply have it ready to view on your phone.
We’ll provide the canvas, paints, painting supplies and a seriously good time. You just need to bring your chosen photo and a willingness to get a little creative.
But What If I Can’t Paint?
Excellent question—and honestly, even better.
This is not an intimidating art school situation. Nobody is grading your brushstrokes, judging your colour choices or dramatically whispering, “Interesting technique.”
Whether you paint every week or haven’t touched a paintbrush since primary school, you’re welcome.
Mistakes can become flowers. Wonky lines can become artistic choices. Unexpected colours can become your signature style.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is to relax, have fun and leave with something that is completely your own.
