Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation and once posted, you will receive a tracking email to confirm that order has been dispatched.
Please check the "Spam" or "Junk" mail if you haven't received either of these.
If it is not locatable, please contact us so that the tracking information can be resent to you.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address.
Once goods have been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
We ship internationally, but we will need to get a quote for you on this first if you are not listed below!

There may be times where items have sold out before webstore has been updated to reflect this, we do apologise if this does happen. We sell a lot of highly collectible and sort after items that may not be able to be restocked.

Change of mind or not the right fit:
We are not required to provide you with a refund, however we will happily provide you with an exchange or credit not strictly within 10 days of the purchase date providing that goods are in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached in accordance with Fair Trading policies.
All returned items will undergo a quality control check, which ensures all clothing have been received in its original condition.
All exchanges will be at your own expenses meaning you are to include a return prepaid postal satchel for us to send you your exchange item in- Please see your invoice included in your parcel for instructions and please include this sheet in your return.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition or received within the 10 days.
Postage is not credited: only the value of the garments purchased.
