Fingerprint lock instructions
- Charge the wallet before registering fingerprints.
- Important: Before a fingerprint is registered, the lock can be opened using any fingerprint. Register your fingerprint promptly.
- The first fingerprint registered becomes the administrator fingerprint.
- Additional fingerprints (numbers 2–10) can be registered with administrator fingerprint authorisation.
- When registering a fingerprint, press the same finger against the sensor approximately 10 times as prompted to complete setup.
- The administrator fingerprint is required to authorise deletion of registered fingerprints.
- For the exact button sequence for registration and deletion, consult the manufacturer's electronic manual or video tutorial supplied with the product.
Charging and low battery
If the green indicator flashes when you press the fingerprint sensor, battery power is low. Open the silicone cover over the Type-C charging port and charge using a compatible DC 5V USB supply. The supplied manual indicates charging takes approximately 30 minutes and that the green indicator goes out when fully charged.
Battery and charging safety
Follow the manufacturer's charging instructions. Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface away from beds, sofas, carpets and other combustible materials. Do not leave charging unattended or overnight; unplug once charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Stop using or charging if the device is damaged, swollen, unusually hot or emitting an unusual smell. Do not dispose of the battery in household rubbish; use an appropriate battery or e-waste recycling service. Refer to ACCC Product Safety Australia for further battery safety guidance.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received if there is any issues. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For our change of mind return, we can only offer in-store credits.
