I&J’s Battered Australian Hoki Bites are small Australian hoki portions wrapped in delicious gluten-free batter. These battered hoki pieces are a excellent choices for those conscious of portion size; these 35g portions are great options for bar snacks, share platters and children’s menus.

With a focus on great flavour and versatility of product fantastic snack-sized finger foods, ideal for share platters in catering, bar service and casual dining venues. These prawn pops come in 1kg packs and delivered in a bulk carton containing three of these 1kg packs in each. To serve, cook in a deep fryer from frozen for 5 minutes at 180°C, or in a convection oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
