Indigenous to Australia, the macadamia nut tree is a small to large evergreen tree 2-12m tall. The fruit is very hard which contains one or two seeds which are then cracked open to show the nuts once sufficient moisture has gone.
Macadamia nuts have irresistibly creamy and buttery flavours with a light crunchy texture. These half kernel Australian roasted macadamia nuts are covered in smoked hickory coating.
