This aromatic blend can be used to brew chai teas or lattes, or create scrumptious chai flavoured baked goods.

No added sugar, sweeteners or artificial ingredients.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring water, spice mix, black tea and milk (optional), to a slow simmer over a stove until it is reduced to about half the amount of liquid. Cover and remove from heat, allowing to steep for 5 minutes. Strain the liquid and serve. Optional: add natural sweetener of your choice, such as stevia, monk fruit or erythritol.
