Also known as Style 4 Organic Macadamias, their size is around 11mm to 13mm in diameter and there are approximately 85% half kernels.

Indigenous to Australia, the macadamia nut tree is a small to large evergreen tree 2-12m tall. The fruit is very hard which contains one or two seeds which are then cracked open to show the nuts once sufficient moisture has gone. These macadamia nuts are raw so they have not gone through any heat treatment or roasting.

These Raw Organic Macadamias are cultivated using holistic biodynamic farming practices in the state forests of Southeast Queensland. To protect the long term health and integrity of the soil, the team at Wodonga Park use natural remedies to cultivate their crops without the need for synthetic insecticides and herbicides. The warm subtropical climate and rich volcanic soil makes Wodonga Park an ideal environment for growing high quality macadamia nuts.
