Peppermint Gum has a fresh peppermint and spicy eucalyptus scent that imparts a divine flavour in cream, desserts and sauces. Simply add freshly boiled water into a tea pot and add a teaspoon of leaves or pop the myrtle leaves straight into a tea strainer and brew in your cup with freshly boiled water.
