Is Outside The Box fully gluten free?
Yes ! We focus on wholesome gluten-free offerings designed to feel inclusive, nourishing, and delicious, all without traces of Gluten. For specific dietary questions, our team is always happy to assist. We also cater for Vegan, Soy free and other dietary requirements.
What if I have an issue with my order?
If something is not quite right, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. Whether your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will adress the issue promptly and do our best to make it right.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received if there is any issues. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For our change of mind return, we can only offer in-store credits.
